Registration will take place at 329 Jefferson Street, Algonquin, IL 60102 on the following dates:
• Saturday, April 5th, 9:00AM – 1:00PM
• Saturday, April 12th, 9:00AM – 1:00PM
Registration Instructions:
Complete registration form, provide a copy of your child’s birth certificate & check made payable to “Algonquin Youth Athletics” (registration fees: $300 + $50 fundraising fee).
